The Jet Mill is consisting of following main components:

  • Feeding System.

  • Milling Chamber.

  • Filtercon System.

  • Control Panel.

Feeding System:

We provide two types of feeding system along with the Jet Mill.

Vibratory Feeder: The system is consists of Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder. It consists of product hopper with trough. The vibration of the feeder can be adjusted with the knob provided on the feeder.

Screw feeder: The system is consists of Twin or single screw which will be driven by suitable motor and gearbox. The speed can be controlled by Variable Frequency Drive.

SURFACE FINISH

  • Fully stainless steel construction with Internal 320 grit mirror finish and external 240 grit mirror finish.
  • Bid Blasting

OPTIONALS:

Jet mill can be supplied along with many options:

  • Replaceable internal lining like PTFE, CERAMIC etc.

  • Pressure Booster system

  • HEPA filter for exhaust.

  • Air preparation unit.

  • Air dryer

  • Compressor.

  • Air receiver tank with certification.

APPLICATIONS:

Jet mill is widely used in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food industry, Cosmetics for milling the material below 25 microns up to 1 micron or so. It is used for the Crystalline, Amorphous or Agglomerated products, color pigments, heat sensitive products etc. Hard materials milling such as Ceramics, glass etc.
